Our Academy

At Taylor’s Academy of Performing Arts, our mission is to provide every child with the opportunity to experience the magic of performance. We believe that the arts are vital to nurturing young minds and spirits, and we are excited to share our love for the stage with our local community.

We offer fun and dynamic lessons based on a carefully planned syllabus, ensuring your child receives the best possible training. Our students will have the chance to perform at local events, academy shows, competitions, and even audition for professional roles.

Sophie Taylor

Dance Instructor

Sophie Taylor has been dancing since she was a child, competing and performing on international stages. After discovering her passion for teaching during her time in Sydney, Australia, Sophie returned to the UK, where she has been inspiring young dancers across the North West.

Jayne Taylor

Business Manager

Jayne began her dance journey back in the 1970s and has remained an active and influential figure in the dance and fitness industry ever since. As a seasoned entrepreneur with several successful businesses under her belt, she is thrilled to take on the role of business manager and front-of-house at TAPA.
